Ordering Information
Warwick Pottery Works tiles are handmade from a low fire earthenware clay body suitable for interior installations. Each tile is fired to 04 bisque (2000° F), glazed with a lead free glaze and fired a second time for durability and permanence.

As with all hand painted tiles, slight variations in color and size are inevitable. Average time for tile order completion is 6-8 weeks.

TERMS
A 50% deposit is required before work can begin on your order. Personal checks and Visa/Mastercard charges are accepted. PLEASE CALL WITH CHARGE CARD INFORMATION. Balance is to be paid in full before the order is shipped.

SHIPPING
Orders will be directly shipped to the customer via UPS unless otherwise requested. Although UPS allows a 70 lb. limit, we do not pack boxes much more than 40 lbs. All tile orders are double boxed and insured. Estimates on shipping costs will be given before shipping.

Packing and handling charges are:

    $1.00 per carton up to 1 lb.
    $3.00 per carton up to 8 lbs.
    $5.00 per carton 9 lbs. and up

WARRANTY
Warwick Pottery Works takes the greatest care when packing and shipping so that your order will arrive at its destination in good condition. Check your order upon receipt. If any breakage should occur it must be reported to the carrier (i.e. UPS) immediately. Any count discrepancy must be reported to Warwick Pottery Works within 10 days. Any damages occurring during shipping MUST be handled through a claim with UPS. Warwick Pottery Works will replace defective tiles (not caused by shipping) BEFORE installation. Warwick Pottery Works is not responsible for materials used to install our tile, method used, skill of the installer, type of maintenance, usage or amount of traffic. We, therefore, do not guarantee our tile against chipping, cracking , spalling, discoloring, wearing or scratching. We assume no obligation beyond the purchase price of products supplied by Warwick Pottery Works and assume no liability for damages of any kind.
